Winner will be notified by May 1^st. In the event of a tie, the prize will be split between the winners. If no entry matches the date and time, the winner will be determined by the entry that is closest to the exact date and time.

Online Entries: Deadline for online entries is 3/15/2020. In the event the outhouse plunges prior to this deadline, any entries submitted one day prior to the actual plunge date will be rejected and money refunded.

Canister/Mailed Entries: Photocopied, unclear, or incorrectly marked entries will be rejected. Enclose cash or check payable to Suncook Valley Rotary Club and place in canister or mail to: Suncook Valley Rotary Club, PO Box 104, Pittsfield, NH 03263. Entries must be postmarked no later than March 15^th. Entries received after this date will be considered donations to Suncook Valley Rotary Club. Suncook Valley Rotary is not responsible for lost, late, or misdirected entries. Final decision regarding unclear entries will be made by Suncook Valley Rotary.
